ORANGE, CT — Fifteen new businesses registered with the state in Orange in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Old Goat Farm LLC, which registered under the hay farming category at 90 Prindle Hill Road on July 20, the same address as an earlier filing, Latella Pulling Horses LLC, registered under animal production on July 7.
Health and publishing filings stood out among the rest, including Impact Health ACO PC, registered under outpatient mental health and substance abuse centers, and LXD Holdings LLC, a periodical publisher. Accounting, architecture and retail filings rounded out the month.
State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
