ORANGE, CT — Topped by a brand-new build in the award-winning Amity school district, Orange's priciest listings this week run from new construction to well-kept mid-century homes. Using the latest listings on Zillow.com, here's a look at the five most expensive homes currently for sale in town.

No. 1 on the list is 1025 Field Drive, asking $1,695,000. It's new construction, built by Olsen Built Homes and marketed on the strength of the Amity school district. The 4,642-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 full, 1 half) and has been listed 250 days, longer than most new builds tend to sit.
