ORANGE, CT — From a cozy 1,755-square-foot home on Greenbrier Drive to a sprawling 2,782-square-foot spread on Bayberry Lane, Orange's five most recent closings all came within a single two-day window this month.

There were five homes sold in Orange between Sept. 15 and Sept. 16, with a top price of $760,000, according to Zillow.com.

868 Bayberry Lane sold Sept. 16 for $750,000. At 2,782 square feet, it's the three-bedroom, three-bath home with the largest floor plan in this batch, on a 0.72-acre lot.

26 Green Hill Road sold Sept. 16 for $710,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home measures 2,142 square feet on a 0.7-acre lot, the smallest lot in this batch.

265 Argyle Road sold Sept. 15 for $760,000, the top price of this batch. The four-bedroom, three-bath home comes in at 2,148 square feet on a 0.96-acre lot, the largest lot in this batch, and its $353.82-per-square-foot price was the highest rate among these five sales.

440 Alling Farm Road sold Sept. 15 for $665,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home measures 2,672 square feet on a 0.73-acre lot, and its $248.88-per-square-foot price was the lowest rate in this batch.

605 South Greenbrier Drive sold Sept. 15 for $599,000, the lowest price in this batch. At 1,755 square feet, it's the three-bedroom, two-bath home with the smallest floor plan among these five sales, on a 0.92-acre lot.
