Obituary Shirlee Powers Holweger, 88

Shirlee Powers Holweger, 88, beloved wife of the late Joseph H. Holweger of Manhasset, NY, formerly of Orange, CT passed away on November 6, 2011.

Daughter of the late James and Theresa Birmingham Powers she was born on March 29, 1923 in Durham, CT. Shirlee worked for many years as a clerk for the New Haven Railroad.

She is survived by her son Kurt Powers Holweger and his wife Nancy, her granddaughter Jillian Rose Holweger and her grandson Matthew Powers Holweger all of Manhassett, NY.

Services and Interment will be private. Arrangements are in care of Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. 06460.
