Armed Robbery Suspect Sought By Orange Police: PD
Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a Connex Credit Union branch in Orange.
ORANGE, CT — Police are searching for a man accused of robbing Connex Credit Union's Orange branch Monday morning.
In a Facebook post, police said the armed robbery was reported around 9:30 a.m., during which a man threatened bank tellers with a black semi-automatic pistol. After the robbery, the suspect left through an adjacent business and headed toward an access road, police said.
The suspect is described by police as a stocky man, between 35 and 40 years old, who weighs approximately 250 pounds. He was wearing an olive-colored jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, a forest-style camouflage hat and camouflage pants at the time of the robbery.
