Bethany Man Charged With DUI In Orange: Police
Police said they received reports of an erratic driver.

ORANGE, CT — A Bethany man, 27, is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol, Orange police said. At 6:36 p.m. on Nov. 1, officers responded to the area of 362 Racebrook Road for a report of an erratic driver, police said.
Officers saw Nicholas D. Buono, 27, of Bethany swerving off the roadway and driving erratically, police said. His vehicle was stopped and he was asked to perform sobriety field tests, police said. He was then taken into custody and charged with DUI and failure to maintain proper lane.
