Roger Williams University in Rhode Island
Roger Williams University is proud to announce that Maggie Knies, of Orange CT, graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education in May as part of the Class of 2018.


SUNY Oswego in New York
Andrea E. Noss of Orange completed a bachelor of science degree in business administration, cum laude, in spring 2018 at SUNY Oswego and was recognized at the college's Commencement in May.
A student who graduates with honors is indicated by the traditional Latin phrases summa cum laude, with highest honor (grade averages of 3.8 to 4.0); magna cum laude, with great honor (grade averages of 3.6 to 3.79); and cum laude, with honor (grade averages of 3.30 to 3.59).

Marist College in New York

The following local students have been named to the Marist College Dean's List for the Spring 2018 semester:
Amanda D'Astous of Orange, CT is a member of the Class of 2019 and is majoring in Business Administration.
Allison Germano of Orange, CT is a member of the Class of 2019 and is majoring in Psychology.
Bianca Gibbons-Morales of Orange, CT is a member of the Class of 2021 and is majoring in Psychology/Special Education.


Ithaca College in New York

Lauren Kelly of Orange, CT, graduated from Ithaca College with a BFA in Film, Photography and Visual Arts.


Rochester Institute of Technology in New York

Rochester Institute of Technology conferred 4,747 degrees this academic year at all its campuses-including in Croatia, Dubai, Kosovo and China. The university held its 133rd annual commencement celebration in May. Local students who graduated this spring include:
Jared Loewenthal of Orange (06477) received a BS in electrical engineering.
Jake Dulin of Orange (06477) received a BS in software engineering.


Muhlenberg College in PA
Catherine Clark of Orange was named to the Dean's List at Muhlenberg College for the Spring 2018 semester. Students with a term GPA of 3.50 or higher were recognized for this academic achievement.


Rochester Institute of Technology in New York
Micaela Nelson of Orange (06477), who is in the biomedical sciences program, made the Dean's List for the spring semester at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.
