Citizens Bank in Orange Robbed: Police

Orange Police are investigating after the Citizens Bank branch at 222 Boston Post Road was robbed Friday.

According to police, a white male, approximately 6-feet tall with a thin build and dressed in black entered the bank around 4 p.m. This person approached a bank teller and demanded money.

No note was passed and no weapons displayed or implied, police said. The male received an undetermined amount of money and fled the bank on foot.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Harry Burke at 203-891-2138, extension 216. A reward of $500 is being offered for information that would lead to an arrest.
