DeFeo Named Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Woodbridge, Orange Offices

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Aileen DeFeo has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Woodbridge office. DeFeo will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 40 affiliated real estate sales professionals serving homebuyers and sellers in Woodbridge, Ansonia, Bethany, East Haven, Hamden, Naugatuck and the surrounding communities in Greater New Haven.

In addition to the Woodbridge office, DeFeo will continue to serve as manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Orange office, a position she has held for the last 10 years. Under her leadership, the Orange office has continually ranked among the company’s top-performing offices in Greater New Haven.

DeFeo has 27 years of sales training and management experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. A resident of Orange, DeFeo serves on the town’s Community Services Commission. She is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation, the company’s charitable arm, and the New Haven Middlesex Realtors®. She has been an active volunteer at the Catechist Holy Infant Church in Orange.
