Deliveryman Urinated on Orange Resident's Lawn After Delivering Food: Police

ORANGE, CT — Police say a man delivered food from a local restaurant to a residence and once he dropped the food off he allegedly urinated in their backyard.

Officers responded to a private residence on Butternut Court in regard to a disturbance on Sept. 3, police said. Officers learned that the residents there had received a delivery from a local restaurant, police said. After receiving the order and paying the delivery driver, the residents noticed he had not left, police said.

When they looked outside to see if something was wrong, they observed the delivery driver, a 60-year-old New Haven man urinating in their back yard, police said.

Officers cited the delivery driver for creating a public disturbance. He was issued a ticket.
