DUI Orange Man Hits Parking Sign: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — An Orange man, Daniel Russo, 21, of Derby Avenue is accused of driving while under the influence while at the time of an accident, Milford Police said.

On Oct. 13, police responded to an accident on Broad Street near Center Street in which a car hit a parking sign, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Russo, who is accused of driving his car while under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Russo refused to provide a breath sample, police said. He is charged with DUI.
