Dunk Tank And Goat Kisses Highlight End-of-Year Picnic
Turkey Hill School's 2011 Family Picnic includes two exciting events.

Turkey Hill School PTA will present the annual Family Picnic on June 14th from 6 to 8pm (rain date June 16th).
This year it will not be just a picnic but also the end of the year event for Operation Read.
Turkey Hill started its school year with a helicopter landing at the school to promote its reading program.

Principal Colleen Murray said she would go in a dunk tank at the picnic if the children read 12,000 books. To date, they have read more than 15,000 books.
Murray and a few other teachers are going in the dunk tank. Another teacher said she will kiss a goat if the kids reach their goal.
