Dream Catchers come from an ancient Native American practice for warding off evil spirits and negative dreams. The concept is simple: the negative energies are entangled in the web of the dream catcher, allowing the person nearby to be free of bad dreams and energies.
Tonight, we'll learn the history of Dream Catchers, and then we'll create our very own. Once created, each individual will have the opportunity to take part in a Native American Smudge Ritual using Sage to clear and purify their Dream Catchers!
