Greek Cooking Class at St. Barbara's

Tsoureki is the traditional holiday bread for Pascha (Easter). With regional variations in flavoring, this brioche-like bread is traditionally shaped into large braids, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and adorned with red eggs. Kourambiethes are wonderful powder sugar-covered almond shortbread cookies traditional in Greek homes for Christmas and Easter.

Price includes ingredients, coffee and pastry, and one baked loaf to take home.
