Regina Sauer, Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D'Ostilio

I was born and raised in Orange, giving me not only an in-depth knowledge of the town but also a genuine appreciation for the surrounding communities. This area has always been home, and I take great pride in helping my clients discover everything that makes it such a wonderful place to live. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for your forever home, or preparing to sell, I'm excited to share my local expertise and help you find the community that's the perfect fit. I truly believe every client deserves genuine care, personal attention, and a supportive experience from start to finish. I take the time to really understand your goals, keep you informed every step of the way, and offer honest, thoughtful guidance you can feel confident in throughout the process. Strong negotiation is a key part of what I do, and I approach it with both skill and heart. I work hard to protect your best interests, advocate for you with care and determination, and help you achieve the strongest possible outcome while keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. To me, great service means being there when you need me—answering questions quickly, paying attention to the details that matter, and going the extra mile to make sure you feel supported and at ease. Real estate can be complex, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My commitment is simple: to provide a warm, responsive, and client-focused experience that helps you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
