Our Energy Circles are open to anyone ages 12 and up who is interested in learning more about connecting with energies around them through exercises that include aspects such as guided meditation, grounding and center techniques, Reiki healing, and more! Each circle event includes informational instruction and a “practical application” exercise. Many also feature hands-on demonstrations, in aspects such as the use of crystals, as well as many times being joined by special guests who are energy practitioners themselves. There is no cost or obligation to attend, and you can drop in at anytime.
