“Choosing Health and Happiness” is the theme for this community Wellness Expo.
The program is free and open to the public. It is co-sponsored by Wepawaug–CT Valley-West Rock Chapter of Hadassah.
In addition to different booths with traditional and alternative health care, there will be free blood pressure screenings, free chair massages, topics on children’s special needs and a Nia demonstration.
The featured speaker is Fern Tausig, who will talk about “Happiness is a Choice ...The Mind Body Connection.”
The Wellness Expo will offer door prizes and refreshments will be available for purchase. Admission is free.
