Gun Left In Bathroom Leads To Arrest: Orange Police

Police say they responded to a local business on Sunday.

ORANGE, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of leaving a firearm in the restroom of Goodwill, Orange Police say. On March 17, officers responded to 305 Boston Post Road (Goodwill) for a report of a firearm located in the restroom, police said.

Officers’ investigation revealed that the firearm belonged to Carlos M. Guzman, 42, of Bridgeport, police said.

Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment. He was given a court date of April 1.
