'Hot Jazz and Cold Beer for a Common Cause' to be Performed in Orange

Join the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd (680 Racebrook Road, Orange) as For IRIS presents Hot Jazz & Cold Beer for a Common Cause, Saturday, December 5, 2015.

The evening’s highlight is Breaking Rubrics Jazz Ensemble in concert, featuring a very special guest, the legendary jazz bassist (Blood, Sweat and Tears/The Pointer Sisters/Thelonious Monk) and Grammy-nominated composer/arranger/bandleader Ron McClure. Breaking Rubrics Jazz Ensemble includes Fabian Ortiz, piano; Stefan Fedeyko, trumpet; and Barbara Cheney, drums.

Doors open 7 pm. Show begins 8 pm. Hot & cold hors d’oeuvres from Bethwood Kitchens Caterers, craft-brewed beer provided by the New England Brewing Company (including Fuzzy Baby Ducks), and an intimate performance from jazz greats are included in the $35 ticket.
