Man Accused Of Multiple Counts Of Harassment, Orange PD Says

The suspect, a Naugatuck resident, surrendered to police last week.

ORANGE, CT — A 38-year-old Naugatuck man was arrested on a warrant by Orange police last week on six counts of second-degree harassment in connection with a January incident in town, according to authorities.

Charles P. Baldino surrendered to police on July 1 and was held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond. He was arraigned in court that same day.

"The arrest warrant originated out of this town, regarding an incident that occurred on 1/08/19 involving six counts of Harassment 2nd degree. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged," Orange police stated.

Authorities did not disclose the nature of the incident or how Baldino is suspected of harassing the victim.
