Man Burglarized Orange Business, Stole Cash Register: Police
The accused was charged recently on a warrant.

ORANGE, CT — A Bristol man, James Thompson, 55, has been charged with breaking into a commercial business in Orange, police said. Officers learned that Thompson would be appearing in court on an unrelated matter and served this warrant there earlier this month, police said.
The warrant stemmed from a burglary that occurred on Feb. 8 at a commercial business in town where the arrestee smashed a glass door to gain entry and steal the cash register, police said. Investigation led to the issuance of the warrant and he is charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.
