Man Charged With Burglary, Larceny Offenses: Orange Police
The accused is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
ORANGE, CT — A Derby man is facing larceny and burglary charges in Orange and is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond, police say. On April 11, police responded to Derby Avenue to assist the Derby Police Department with an active pursuit involving Cody J. Ives, 32, of Derby, police said.
Ives currently also had an active arrest warrant originating from Orange and was arrested, police said.
Ives is charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass. According to online court records, Ives was arrested in Ansonia in 2018 on burglary, forgery, larceny charges, and violation of probation.
