Man Charged With Computer Crimes: Orange Police
The accused was arrested on a warrant, police said.
ORANGE, CT — A Milford man was arrested on a warrant and he is accused of computer crimes, Orange Police say. On March 17, Richard A. Gaskins, 22, of Milford, turned himself into the Orange Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by police, police said.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace, fifth-degree computer crimes, voyeuristic material, and unauthorized procurement of telephone records. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 1.
No other details were released by police.
