Man Charged With DUI, Driving The Wrong Way: Orange Police
Police say the accused was involved in a motor vehicle accident.

ORANGE, CT — A Derby man is accused of driving while under the influence and also driving the wrong way in Orange, police said.
On Sept. 17, officers responded to the area of Derby Avenue and Grassy Hill Road for a motor vehicle accident, police said. Upon arrival, officers detected an odor of alcoholic beverages emanating from Joseph A. Puccilli's breath, police said.
He was asked to perform standardized sobriety field tests and was taken into custody and charged with DUI and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
