Man Charged With DUI In Orange: Police
Police said they responded to the scene due to a reported accident.

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol while in Orange, police say.
On Sept. 29, officers responded to 74 New Haven Avenue in reference to a motor vehicle accident and came into contact with Arturo C. Perez, 43, of West Haven, police said.
Officers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Perez’s breath, police said. He was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with DUI, driving a car without a license and failure to maintain proper lane.
