While in a holding cell for the original incident, Lyons elected to urinate and defecate on the floor instead of using the toilet facilities located within the cell itself, police said. The criminal mischief charge was added as a result of these actions, police said.
He is charged with DUI, failure to drive right and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
