Man Charged With Threatening, Harassment: Orange Police

The accused was initially held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

ORANGE, CT — A Naugatuck man was initially held in lieu of a $5,000 bond after he was charged in Orange with two outstanding arrest warrants, police said.

On Dec. 15, officers responded to the Derby Police Department to transport Anthony V. Fowler, 43, of Naugatuck to the Orange Police Department. Fowler had an active arrest warrant out of Orange for second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged and held on a $5,000 bond.
