Man Damages Newspaper Delivery Vehicle After Dispute: Orange PD
It all started as a dispute between customers, police said.

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of getting into an argument with a newspaper delivery person and vandalizing the employee's vehicle, police said.
Officers responded to the Valero Gas Station for a reported dispute between customers on April 29, police said. Officers learned that Jason L. Kubicko, 38, of West Haven had gotten into an argument with the newspaper delivery person that was servicing the gas station, police said.
During this argument, Kubicko struck the vehicle the delivery person was driving, causing the windshield to crack, police said. While searching the arrestee’s person subsequent to his arrest, officers found a pill bottle that contained prescription-type pills that did not belong to him, police said. These pills were seized and he was charged with its possession, police said.

He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and failure to keep narcotics in prescription container.
