Man Helps Steal $5K Worth of Jewelry In Orange: Police
He was arrested on a warrant while at court recently.

ORANGE, CT — A New Haven man is accused of committing a residential burglary in Orange, police said. On April 25, Richard Briggs, 25, of New Haven was charged on a warrant while at court, police said.
The warrant was for a burglary to a private residence in July 2017 where $5,000 worth of jewelry was taken, police said. Police say they have already made two prior arrests in this case.
Briggs is charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary.
