Man Only Wore Shoes and Underwear In Orange: Police

Orange police say they received a complaint that the man wasn't wearing most of his clothes.

ORANGE, CT - In his mugshot, which was provided by the Orange Police Department, Michael Corrigan, 72, of Andrew Avenue in Naugatuck, is clearly wearing clothes.

But Corrigan ran into trouble while in Orange for allegedly only wearing shoes and underwear, police said.

Orange police say officers received a complaint of a partially-dressed person walking in the wooded area off of Dogburn Road earlier this month, police said.

Officers located Corrigan in the area, and he admitted that he had been walking through the woods wearing only shoes and underwear, police said.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released on a promise to appear in Derby Superior Court.
