Man Possessed Controlled Substances In Orange: Police

A police officer on patrol made the arrest, police said.

ORANGE, CT — An Ansonia man is accused of possessing controlled substances while in Orange, police said. On July 29, officers were conducting a routine patrol stop and discovered that Ernesto J. Ortiz, 25, of Ansonia was in possession of controlled substances, police said
