The man was charged on an arrest warrant.

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of stealing hundreds of dollars in tools from Lowe's Home Improvement Store, Orange Police said. Orange police officers located Thomas Schall, 34, of West Haven in West Haven and he was brought to Orange Police for processing, police said.
The warrant stemmed from a shoplifting complaint on August 14, 2017 when Schall allegedly took $398 worth of tools from Lowe's without paying, police said. An investigation led to the issuance of a warrant, which was served, police said.
Schall is charged with sixth-degree larceny and he was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
