Man Stole Someone's Clothes, Tried To Sell Them At Consignment Shop: Orange Police
Police say the man was charged on an arrest warrant last week.

ORANGE, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of stealing someone else's clothes and trying to sell them at an Orange-based consignment shop, police said. Jacob Lawrence, 26, of Bridgeport turned himself in on an arrest warrant last week, police said.
The warrant stemmed from a theft incident reported in March 2017 when he allegedly took $369 worth of clothing and brought it to a consignment store to be sold, police said. The clothing belonged to another person, police said.
He is charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court on August 3.
