Man Took Money For Job He Never Did: Orange Police
Police say once the man received a deposit, he never did the work, nor did he refund the money.

ORANGE, CT — A North Branford man is accused of failing to perform work he was contracted to do, Orange Police said. Paul Lynn, 49, of North Branford, surrendered himself at police headquarters after learning of a warrant for his arrest.
The warrant stemmed from a complaint that officers received in April 2018 when a town resident reported that they had hired the arrestee to do some plumbing work, police said. The complainant reported that the arrestee took a deposit, but never did any work or gave the deposit back, police said. Officers obtained a warrant which was served.
Lynn is charged with fourth-degree larceny, failure to refund, and offering to make home improvements without certification.
