Man Trespasses, Curses At Person: Orange Police

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of trespassing and yelling obscenities at a person, Orange Police say. On Aug. 28, officers responded to 2 Boston Post Road in regards to a disorderly person complaint, police said.

Officers’ investigation revealed that Timothy J. Ward, 60, of West Haven, was yelling multiple obscenities toward another individual, police said. Further investigation revealed that Ward had been previously trespassed from the property at 2 Boston Post Road, police said. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with first-degree trespassing and second-degree breach of peace.

His court date is Sept. 11. The address for 2 Boston Post Road is Sam's Club.
