Man Trespasses, Shoplifts at ShopRite: Orange PD

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of trespassing and shoplifting items from ShopRite at 259 Bull Hill Lane, police said. Jason L. Kubicko, 38, of West Haven was held on a $500 surety bond, police said.

On Sept. 18, oficers responded to 259 Bull Hill Lane (ShopRite) for a shoplifter in custody, police said. Officers’ investigation revealed that Kubicko took $23 in merchandise without paying for it, police said. It was also discovered that Kubicko was trespassed from this premises at an earlier date, police said. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
