Man's Behavior Causes 'Alarm,' Charges Filed: Orange Police

Police said they responded to a local business this weekend.

ORANGE, CT — A Waterbury man has been charged after his behavior led to concern on the part of others, police said. On Feb. 9, officers responded to 260 Bull Hill Lane (Urban Air) in regard to an argument in a vehicle, police said.

Officers’ investigation revealed that Joseph V. Ferrucci’s behavior caused alarm and concern to others in the area, police said. Subsequently, Ferrucci, 24, of Waterbury, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

No other details were released.
