Eastern Connecticut State University
Eastern's annual graduation ceremony was held at the XL Center in Hartford on May 15, with more than 12,000 family members and friends cheering on their sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, as 1,105 undergraduates and 85 graduate students received their diplomas.
Matthew Daddio of Orange, CT, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.
Timothy Fox of Orange, CT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Leisure Management.

Springfield College
The following local students were named to the Springfield College dean's list for academic excellence for the spring 2018 term:

Noelle Bencivengo Graduates from Castleton University
Noelle Bencivengo of Orange, CT graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Castleton University following the successful completion of the spring semester in May 2018.

Catherine Clark of Orange Graduated from Muhlenberg College
Muhlenberg College held its 170th baccalaureate and commencement ceremonies on May 17 and 18. A total of 519 degrees were awarded to 511 students, and 267 students in the Class of 2018 graduated with honors and distinctions.
Catherine Clark of Orange graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies.
