Motorcyclist Led Police In Pursuit: Orange Police
Police say the motorcyclist ended up hitting a vehicle and then fled on foot.

ORANGE, CT — A New Haven man on a motorcycle is accused of engaging Orange police in pursuit, police said. On Nov. 2, officers saw a motorcyclist traveling at a high rate of speed and illegally passing other vehicles, police said.
The motorcycle did not possess a registration plate and officers tried to stop the motorcycle but the driver, Marquis J. Morrison, 31, sped away and led officers on a pursuit before colliding with another motor vehicle, police said.
The driver then fled on foot and was later found on a side street off of Racebrook Road where he was taken into custody, police said. He is charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, evading motor vehicle responsibility, criminal possession of body armor, engaging police in pursuit, and disobeying an officer's signal.
