New Restaurant to Open in Orange

ORANGE, CT - La Luna, one of the more successful Italian restaurants in Branford, will soon be opening a new restaurant at Contempo Plaza located at 200 Boston Post Road, in Orange.

The space was previously occupied by South Sea Grill. Colonial Properties brokered the transaction.

The Branford restaurant has been closed for the past year due to repairs being done at the Main Street location after a pipe burst.

La Luna’s owner, Edgar Ortiz, told Branford Patch last week though, that it shouldn’t be that much longer before the Branford restaurant reopens.

“Unfortunately it has taken longer than expected to restore the restaurant,” said Ortiz.

“Although we do not have a re-opening date we are very hopeful to be re-opening in the next month-and-a-half.”
