Obituary: Peter R. Paduano (Porto Funeral Homes)

Peter R. Paduano, 58, of 84 Granite Road, Guilford, CT passed away on May 3, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was born in New Haven, CT on December 11, 1967. Peter began his 40-year career as an electrician with Ed-Mor Electric and remained with IBEW Local 90 until his death. He built not only a respected career but lasting friendships. He is survived by his parents, Peter L. Paduano and Janice (Andreucci) of Madison CT; his sons, Mitchel of Red Hook, NY and Jake of Wallingford, CT ; his sisters , Gina Ralph (Christoper) of Ponte Verda, FL and Laurie Cochran (Scott) of Madison, CT; loving partner, Debbie Franco-Paduano of East Haven, CT; and his three nephews; Nicholas Cochran, Justin Cochran and Timothy Ralph and niece, Megan Ralph. Peter was especially proud of his two sons, who were central to his being. He maintained a close circle of friends, all of whom he cherished. He will be deeply missed by all who know him.

His funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven Tuesday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.
