Obituary: Salvatore Cappetta, Jr., 36 of Orange

Salvatore Cappetta, Jr., age 36 of Orange, beloved husband of Seolhwa Lee Cappetta, passed away May 28, 2019 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Salvatore was born in New Haven, January 9, 1983, son of Salvatore Cappetta, Sr., and the late Elisabetta Malangone. Salvatore worked as a Licensed Professional Clinician for Community Health. He enjoyed cooking, art, painting, soccer, and most of all his family. He was also an avid AC Milan Fan.

Besides his beloved wife Seolhwa, he is survived by his children Alessio Salvatore Cappetta and Mattia Cappetta, his brother Aniello Cappetta, his sisters Daniela Cappetta (Jason Roseman), and Rosanna Cappetta (Jared Millbrandt), his nephews Jaxon Roseman, and Luca Millbrandt, and his niece Sofia Millbrandt.

Calling hours will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm at Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 1, 2019 at 10:30am MEETING DIRECTLY at St. Anthony Church, 70 Washington Ave., New Haven. Interment will be private.
