Elliot Dubin, 42, is an attorney who is running for the Board of Finance. It is the Democrat's first campaign for elected office.

Dubin is married to wife Arti Barnes (pronounced Rthee), 40, and he obtained his B.S. degree from University Nevada, Las Vegas, and his J.D. from Northern Illinois University.
