ORANGE, CT — Election day in Orange is drawing closer, and to help residents make an informed decision on Nov. 5, Orange Patch asked candidates for various elected offices to answer questions about their campaigns and the issues in town.
Randy Thomas, a 56-year-old veteran banker with People's United Bank, is seeking re-election as a constable. He is a Democrat who holds a M.B.A. with Honors in management and organization, minor in marketing, from the University of New Haven.
His wife, Kimberly Thomas, is a school teacher, and they have four children:
