Orange College Student Honored
Awards were bestowed upon students who excelled in research or academic excellence.

From Eastern CT State:A group of Eastern Connecticut State University students were honored at the annual Environmental Earth Science (EES) Department's awards ceremony on May 3. Awards were bestowed upon students who excelled in research or academic excellence.
Dominic Livoti '19 of Orange, who majors in Environmental Earth Science, was presented with the Soft Rock Geology Recognition Award.
Eastern's Department of Environmental Earth Science provides students with an educational foundation in environmental geoscience that draws upon classroom, online, laboratory and field-based experiences. Students develop an understanding of the natural world, its materials, processes and geologic records of environmental change, associated energy and sustainability issues, and the relevance of these issues to Eastern's liberal arts mission.
