Orange Election 2015 Results: Winner Revealed in First Selectman's Race, Selectmen Seats
For the second straight election, Ken Lenz is trying to defeat 5-term incumbent First Selectman James Zeoli.

UPDATE: The Orange Times and Editor Joseph Cole reports that James Zeoli has won a sixth-term of office on Election Night by a comfortable margin, and former State Rep. Paul Davis, a Democrat, was elected to the board of selectmen.
Zeoli’s opponent, Ken Lenz, may not keep his seat on the board of selectmen, The Orange Times reports.

The final vote tally was 2,951 for Zeoli and Lenz with 1,418 votes, the New Haven Register reports.
After the vote, Paul Davis wrote on social media, “I would like to extend my thanks to all who supported my candidacy and our Orange Democratic Team. I was proud to be part of such an outstanding and hard working group. Looking forward to serving our community as the newest member of the Board of Selectmen.”

For the past 10 years it’s been the James Zeoli show in Orange.
The popular Republican first selectman is seeking a sixth-term, and for the second straight election his opponent is Ken Lenz, a local attorney and Democratic Board of Selectmen member.

Zeoli during the campaign has touted the town’s fiscal strength and the low vacancy rate in town concerning commercial, industrial and retail space.
Lenz said more is needed to move Orange forward and he wants affordable senior housing in town.
