Orange Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting a Minor: Police

ORANGE, CT — An Orange man is accused of sexually assaulting a minor, police said. Police said Piotr Stankiewicz, 30, turned himself in at police headquarters after learning of a warrant for his arrest.

The arrest stemmed from incidents that occurred in 2007 with a minor-aged victim that was known to him, police said. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal attempt at first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, and illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16.

He was held on a $50,000 bond.
