Orange Man Busted After Threatening, Throwing Objects At Vehicle
The incident occurred on July 4 on Derby Milford Road.
ORANGE, CT — A 21-year-old Orange man was arrested on July 4 on a charge of throwing objects after police were called to a disturbance on Derby Milford Road, according to authorities.
Leonardo I. Scotti was arrested about about 6 p.m. and also was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
"On 07/04/19, Officers responded to the area of Derby Milford Road for a report of an unknown party throwing objects at a passing vehicle and creating a disturbance on the road," police stated.

Officers came into contact with Leonardo I. Scotti and arrested him after they discovered that he was involved in the disturbance, police said.
Scotti was released after posting a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 18.
