Orange Man Charged With Assault, Strangulation: Police
The accused was given a $50,000 bond, police say.
ORANGE, CT — An Orange resident was initially held in lieu of a $50,000 bond after being charged with third-degree assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a minor, police said.
On May 23, Officers conducted an interview with Bo Xie, 39, at the Orange Police Department regarding an incident which occurred on Green Hill Road, police said.
Officers’ investigation revealed that Xie had an argument which turned physical, police said. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged.
