Orange Man Charged With DUI: Police

Police said they responded to a report of a car being driven erratically.

ORANGE, CT — A 27-year-old Orange man is accused of driving while under the influence, police said. On Sept. 21, officers responded to the area of Old Tavern Road in regards to a motor vehicle exhibiting erratic operation, police said.

Officers discovered that Connor J. Monck, 27, of Orange inside of his disabled vehicle on the side of the road. He was asked to perform standardized sobriety field tests, police said. He was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
